Welcome!

Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, because I am lowly and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Matthew 11:28-30

Life comes with many twists and turns that we are forced to navigate. Thankfully, we don’t have to navigate them on our own. When we yield our struggles and hardships to God He promises to take care of us, simply because HE CARES. Don’t miss out on this great advantage the Lord provides!

She currently serves as the Director of Children and Families at Helix Human Services in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she is known for her diligence in clinical practice and unwavering commitment to the profession.

Ama earned her Master of Social Work from Springfield College and has dedicated her career to working with highly traumatized children and families. Her work spans both the Springfield and Cape Cod areas, ensuring comprehensive care for diverse and underserved populations. She is also charged with building a high-level behavioral and therapeutic environment for all residents and families served by the organization.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ama is a devoted servant in her faith community. She serves as a deaconess in her church and has taken on numerous leadership roles, from local ministry to appointments at the national level. Her life is marked by service—both in her career and in her faith.
